By accessing or using the Wongu Health Center website (wonguhealthcenter.com) or scheduling services with our clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. Wongu Health Center is a clinical division of Wongu University of Oriental Medicine, located at 8630 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
Wongu Health Center provides acupuncture, cupping therapy, herbal medicine, and related Oriental medicine services. As a teaching clinic, treatments may be performed by student interns under the direct supervision of licensed Doctors of Oriental Medicine (OMDs). All care is delivered in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Nevada.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and consent to receiving care from supervised student interns (for intern-level appointments) or licensed OMD practitioners (for OMD-level appointments). You will be informed of your provider type at the time of booking.
Appointments can be scheduled by calling (702) 852-1280, texting 702-550-9483, emailing clinic-office@wongu.edu, or by submitting a request through our online appointment form at wonguhealthcenter.com/contact. Our front desk will confirm your appointment within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri). We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to schedule future appointments. We understand that emergencies occur and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though we will always inform you of applicable fees before treatment. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
We accept VA insurance for eligible veterans. A $5 community discount is available for seniors, active military, students, educators, and other qualifying individuals with valid photo ID. Herbal prescriptions and additional services may incur separate charges as listed on our pricing page.
Prior to receiving treatment, you will be asked to sign an informed consent form. This form outlines the nature of treatment, potential risks and benefits, and alternative treatment options. You have the right to ask questions and to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time. Acupuncture and related therapies carry certain risks, including but not limited to bruising, soreness, lightheadedness, and in rare cases, more serious complications. Your practitioner will discuss these risks with you.
