Herbal Formulas & Teas
Custom-built herbal formulas and teas — blended specifically for you, not pre-made — are available for patients when appropriate. Your practitioner will explain the formula, dosing, and follow-up plan before you purchase.

Tell your practitioner about all medications and supplements you take. Herbal formulas may interact with medications and may not be appropriate during pregnancy or for certain medical conditions.

$5 Off Follow-Up Visits
The initial appointment is full price. After that first appointment, eligible community members receive a $5 discount on follow-up visits. Photo ID is required at check-in.
Discount begins after the initial appointment. One discount per follow-up visit. Cannot be combined with other offers. Valid photo ID is required where applicable.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance have no fee. Late Cancellation / Rescheduling (<24 Hours): rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice is treated the same as a late cancellation — $30 for intern appointments and $50 for licensed OMD appointments. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) are $50 for intern appointments and $80 for licensed OMD appointments. Because we are a teaching clinic, patient and intern schedules are planned in advance — thank you for giving us at least 24 hours' notice.

Wongu Health Center accepts payment by credit and debit card. Payment is collected at the time of service.
Insurance
VA Community Care and Culinary patients should contact Wongu Health Center before scheduling so we can verify eligibility, authorization, and provider availability. Coverage is subject to applicable authorization, eligibility, and plan requirements.
For other patients, we can provide a billing summary (superbill) which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
